Information and Help Desk
Information desks are available in the main terminal on the baggage reclaim and ticketing levels (tel: 216 265 6030). The Cleveland Convention and Visitors Bureau offers information on Cleveland's sights. It is located on the baggage reclaim level.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone:
ATMs are available on the ticketing level and concourses C and D. There are also public telephones, situated throughout the terminal.
Eating and drinking: There are several fast-food restaurants, coffee shops and bars, located on the ticketing level and concourses.
Shopping: You can find numerous shops at the airport, including a tobacconist, leather goods shop and a beauty retailer, located on the ticketing level. Gift shops and newsagents are also available on all concourses.
Other facilities: There are several white courtesy telephones locatted throughout the airport for emergencies.

Conference and Business Facilities
A business centre is available on the ticketing level, offering fax and Internet facilities. Also, the on-site Sheraton Airport Hotel (tel: 216 267 1500) provides 26 meeting rooms seating from six to 600 people and a fully equipped business centre, offering a comprehensive range of facilities.

Disabled Facilities
The airport is fully accessible to disabled passengers. It is equipped with wheelchairs, lifts and escalators; passengers requiring special assistance are advised to contact the airline prior to travel. Parking places for disabled drivers are available. There are some car hire companies which can provide adapted vehicles for disabled drivers if booked in advance.
